Refund policy
We are a print-on-demand company and all items are printed especially for you! We are not able to do exchanges or refunds.
We handle every issue on a case-by-case basis.
In general, if we made a mistake by printing the wrong design, or the garment is defective, then we will be happy to replace the item.
Please remember to review your spelling, design, dates, names and the product size chart prior to ordering.
Spelling is a common mistake. Please triple check your spelling and even ask someone else to look at it if you have to. We try to do what we can, but we can not check spelling on all orders. We can not refund/exchange an order based on spelling.
You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about customization or sizing before placing your order.
If your item shipped to you in a size different than what is on your order confirmation we’ll send you the correct size and a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first obtaining authorization will not be accepted. And we will not be responsible or obligated to return any items to you.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or defective we will resolve the problem. Simply send a photo of the issue to info@theblingpros.com including a description and your order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are NO returns or exchanges on coffee mugs, pet tags, door mats, license plates, cutting boards and any other customized and/or personalized items as these are FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
