Shipping policy

Our processing time is 3-5 business days and standard shipping time is 2-5 business days (this is an estimate and times may vary due to unforeseen delays with the carrier).

The processing time for Custom/Personalized, bulk or group orders may vary slightly depending on quantity.

Note: Processing time and Shipping time are different. Processing is the time it takes for us to produce your items. Shipping time is determined by the shipping carrier and is the amount of time it takes for your item to be delivered to you once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Please note that labels may be printed early due to volume and the processing time is started there after. Delivery confirmation will be emailed once item(s) has shipped.

If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after the order has been submitted, it is your responsibility to contact us before the item has shipped and provide the correct information. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier and/or marked as delivered by the carrier.
